The ghetto hotel of San Ramon. Staff has no respect for does manager. They will check you in, then kick you out because they think you're someone else, and still charge you.

Criminals working at front desk Credit card was stoelen feom front desk and within 3hrs after check in there were 4 charges in the card totalling over $800 dollars. DO NOT STAY at this place

Getting the address and finding this location was difficult. Gps did not know it. They were helpfull once we finally got their phone number and called for directions. Be aware there is no ice available or blow dryer in the room. Other than that ok. Please include the address and phone number with reservations comfirmnation.

😕 disappointing I would pass on this place next time. Do t have many amenities. Room was barely cleaned. Found used press on nails on the floor next to my bed. They were in plain sight. They are close to target which is nice and right near freeway exit and entrance.

Uncomfortable bed, no garbage can in bathroom, no carpeting on the floor, towels were small and thin.
