Room was smaller than the one reserved, no rollaway beds available they only had one for the whole property. They charge you for wifi that doesn't work

Old outdated and smells like cigarettes! My husband and I live in the area and are getting some home renovations done. We decided to sleep one night in a hotel since they were priming our cabinets and the smell would be too intense to manage. We saw that this hotel had a good price and we thought it would be nice since it's a wonderful place to live! Checking in was interesting. Bad night Sleep The first thing was the door was so hard to open an other guest had to help me push it open. Told staff they didn’t seem to care. There was no remote for the TV The bed was so bad. So uncomfortable hard it was like sleeping on the floor. I will say the room was very clean.

Avoid if you can! Avoid this place. While the price is good compared to the local competition, it's the old adage where you get what you paid for. The beds and the rooms are filthy.

DON'T STAY HERE This was by far the worst hotel / motel I've ever stayed. I would say that the concern around my experience was even less about the decrepit state of the facility but safety as it was very shady. I would never consider staying there again and would never recommend that anyone stay there let alone someone with a family.

Hotel stay No drinking glasses, no coffee machine, no ice. Refrigerator had one empty ice tray that required filling with tap water! No bottled water, no work out room/gym. Had to pick up the blow dryer at the front desk, was not in room. Closet had four clothes hangers, and this is supposed to be an extended stay hotel! I will never stay here again. Much too expensive for what was offered.

Front desk “break” at check-in time I tried to check in at 8pm. Another guest was in front of me. No one at front desk. No bell. We waited 5 minutes and no one came. I told the other guest my wife and I were going to get a quick bite to eat. He said he was too. We came back 25 min later and still no one at front desk.
