The process of checking in. They didn’t have me in the computer

Property was close to our destination, and price was good. But bad condition of room just made it not worth coming back. We will choose somewhere else in the future.

Tacky overpriced rooms The first room was still unmade from the previous customer. The second room was like an old Motel 6 in room in a run down city. San Ramon is beautiful. I paid way too much and left feeling ripped off.

Not a happy client this time around Got to the hotel (after hours check in). The lobby was closed. I used the phone outside the hotel and pressed 0 as it states and nobody answered or opened up the lobby. I then tried again and pressed 4 (as directed by the automated recording). It connected me to Extended Stay America #. I spoke with them and they tried calling the hotel again NO ANSWER. I called hotel.com to cancel my reservation and the lady was rude then tried calling the hotel. To her surprise, NO ANSWER. The Lady with ... read more

Close to where we needed to go the next day. This is the only reason we took a chance.

The AC was not working, the room was almost 90 degrees, the carpet it’s very dirty with big spots in it. There was used toilet paper in the bathroom floor. They move me to a different room and the carpet was the same. In the hallway a guy was smoking cannabis. The smell was super strong. I decided not to spend the night there. I’m going to talk to my bank in case if they don’t give my money back

They shiuld bot advertise they gave breakfast they do not no creamers for diabetic clients or things to est no juice or fruits jst some horrid muffins that are exytemly full of dugar two choices of a granola bar thats it
