terrible beds horrible

Cleanliness Garbage can not emptied in bathroom. Found Advil tablets on floor, luckily our 2 yr old grandson did not find them first !

Horrible service the front desk employees are extremely bad. very rude, slow, and lazy. This hotel often does not have maid services.

Front desk I just arrived with a friend to check in and we were chatting (not loudly) while the lady at the front desk was talking on the phone. she stopped her conversation on the phone and told us, “ shhhh can you guys be quiet I’m on the phone” we were so shocked that we were told to stop talking like we are children! I am deffenetly not going back there again! She was so rude. You can never tell your customers to be quiet and have an ugly attitude! That’s a big fat NO!

Close to frwy but just okay Room phone did not work. No one in office & no dishes unless you ask

Thoroughly Disappointed Brochure says breakfast included - it wasn't. No restaraunt in the place either. Only vending machines. Brochure talks about silverware and dishes. There were none. No business office to print boarding passes. The bathroom fan worked but made a lot of noise. The bathroom doorknob was so loose it was about to fall off. The refrigerator did not work. The A/C did not work until maintenance fixed it. The place wasn't filthy, but it wasn't clean either. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Last time... read more

Horrible place Very poor customer service, the a/c was difficult to adjust, the room smelled like urine, you had to ask for each item you needed and they ran out of coffee packets.
