Rude staff, we will not ever come back again. I was happy when I found a room available here at the last minute. Never stayed at an Extended stay before. My first impression was this is a nice property and the check in staff was friendly. Then when I got to the room, which is decent, the room was super cold. Tried to turn on the heater but it wasn't working properly. I called the front desk and the person on duty said she would stop by to check it out. This place is like a throwback motel along an old U.S. route that you might have stayed in back in the 1970s when you didn't make advanced plans and just ran out of steam at the end of the day.

Bed Bugs I booked a room for 3 days and on the 3rd day decided I would stay an additional night. I contacted the front desk to ask to have housekeeping come in to change the sheets, new towels etc the front desk said only after staying 7 days will housekeeping come in but I could bring the dirty sheets and towels to the front desk and they would give me clean ones to make my own bed. Terrible customer service I called ahead to see if I could check in early. The front desk told me yes. I drove from San Fran and the room wasn’t ready. They told me they couldn’t guarantee that our room would be ready for early check in... I explained to the front desk that I called ahead. They still said it wasn’t ready. Doesn’t really make sense to me. They were not apologetic and they told me the room wouldn’t be ready for another hour. That would put us at 4pm. Unpleasant stay !!!! Made a mistake by staying the night I just couldn’t justify paying 300 a night at Marriott so I thought this would be good enough I was wrong. You get what you pay for. When you see a car stating 100% guaranteed clean and to find a hair ball in the bathroom and blonde hair on the sheets, I highly doubt this place wash the blankets. I would rather stay in my car then stay here again (filthy)

Dont book 2 people with pullout Couch! Staff was very unfriendly, I booked reservation for my handicapped senior Mom. When I went in to complete booking, Desk clerk would not accept reservation until my Mom, who has to walk with a walker, came to the front desk. He then said room had a king bed and a pullout couch. When I inspected the room it only had a bed and reclining lounge chair. When I went back to front desk, clerk says recliner is the pullout couch! We cancelled and booked down the street!

maintenance staff upgrading internet were aggressive about entry and tried to push in the door

Room needed repair, nothing was done This dump looks new from the outside, but our room was in bad repair. There was an exposed hole behind the shower handle, stained and broken shoelaces tied to the shower curtain rod, and a screw fell out of the phone. The accommodations were way behind the times. There was a terrible shortage of plugs, and the few by the bed were behind the mattress and filled by the clock and lamps. Horrible Never again in my life. Didn’t even sleep there. I ended up leaving due to hotel being dusty and dirty. I took picture to prove of condition. Very upset and will escalate this to corporate. I will make sure to speak to the C.E.O. I will make sure my complaint is being heard.
