The bathroom sink had a water leak. So in the morning it flooded the bathrom and kitchen floor. I didn't get a chance to get ready. I woke up to a wet floor

Poor quality for the price. Room is tiny, first hotel I’ve ever gone to that did not have coffee maker in room. Staff is condensending and rude if you asked for anything, nothing seemed to work at the front desk

Smoking room. Not informed of this prior to check in. Floor needed vacuuming. Dirt in tub.

I did like how easy it was to check in since we were not getting there until late at night. Although when we called for a late check out the lady at the desk said she couldn’t find our reservation and said they didn’t have a room for us. I let her know we were in the room and we checked in. She was rude and didn’t have any respect when speaking with us. She acted as if we were lying.

Even though there is a mini kitchen, there are no plates, cups or silverware, you have to ask the front desk. There are no coffee makers in the rooms, if you want one you have to ask the front desk. Breakfast is provided but it's coffee, muffins, oatmeal or granola bars. Don't expect anything more. No frills here.

The heater didn’t work and it was cold. The bed was hard as a rock. The shower curtain had black stains on it. The sofa bed had nasty stains on it. The breakfast was just a muffin and watered down coffee.

My room reeked of cigarette smoke. The room was moderately clean. Toilet was not clean and smelled really bad, I don't know if it was the water in the tank was just old or what, but I didn't want to find out. Around 7:30 pm maintenance people were in the next room doing work, drilling and hammering on something in the room. I felt it was a bit late for that kind of work. The remote, the door handles, the door itself, everything just felt unclean.
