Room needed repair, nothing was done This dump looks new from the outside, but our room was in bad repair. There was an exposed hole behind the shower handle, stained and broken shoelaces tied to the shower curtain rod, and a screw fell out of the phone. The accommodations were way behind the times. There was a terrible shortage of plugs, and the few by the bed were behind the mattress and filled by the clock and lamps. Horrible Never again in my life. Didn’t even sleep there. I ended up leaving due to hotel being dusty and dirty. I took picture to prove of condition. Very upset and will escalate this to corporate. I will make sure to speak to the C.E.O. I will make sure my complaint is being heard.

Do not stay here! Waited 10 minutes out in the cold for front desk staff to arrive. Filthy dirty room. Stains on walls,carpet,sheets,pillow cases, sink,toilet,tub,remote,tables. Waited 30 min waiting for someone to checkout. Then he said they dont take cash. I left something and have been calling for 2 days but no one answers the phone. Do not stay here!

Wrong motel Staff could or would not assist with error of east and west branch confusion on reservation

Good location Room was clean enough. No coffee pot in room or available on site that we could see. No housekeeping service. Had to take used towels to office to get clean ones daily. Bed was comfortable.

Not recommendable Staff didn’t clean and replace use towels and beddings.

Worst Hotel experience of my life-seriously I arrived exhausted and so eager to get to my room. When I walked into the dreary lobby, there was a handwritten sign that said, “on my break, be back at 8:25pm. Unfortunately, it was only 7:40! Can you imagine having to sit in a gross lobby for 45 minutes, just to check in. When someone finally arrived at 8:28, she was incredibly rude and didn’t say hello or bother RJ apologize. this facility is old and outdated. the kitchenette had no dishes, flatware, pans unless you went to the lobby to ask for them. 3 of the four towels that were in the bathroom, that is entered from the kitchenette, had stains on them. the door into the bathroom that opens to the kitchen counter and sink was quite dirty. about the only good thing i can say about this room was that the sheets were clean and i made sure i checked after all of the other things mentioned. i would never stay here again, i would travel miles to find ... read more
