Only the shadow KNOWS HOW Had issues with front desk personnel that overcharged my credit card. As of 5-28-19 still not resolved. Also was told no cash, no cleaning of rooms except if I stay 7 days or more. I reserved room for two nights and I wanted to decline second night but was told that I had to commit to 2 days which is not true. Overall the stay was good for location to venue and that’s it. If someone would like to contact me for ways to improve I’d oblige.

Cockroaches climbing on my clothes. No amenities, loud

Blacklist Blacklist as it is an extremely bad experience. When we arrived, the hotel told us that no room can be arranged because they have already provided the room to others although we have fully paid the room fee via hotel.com upon reservation. This hotel is really unreliable and it will affect traveler's planning.

Hotel is decent but is not a 2 star hotel. Major complaint is we had to leave early and front desk said they would refund the 2 nights but manager declined the request. If you book through expedia and have any changes to your itinerary plan on losing any money paid as the hotel will not do any refunds. Lesson learned...stay at the other extended stay location on east side better hotel and better management.

Horrible service and room smell like mold Our stay was a horrible experience we checked into the room around 6 and we smelled something that seemed to be like mold or the pipes but we do not have much time to confirm what it was because we had to go to a dinner with our family but when we got back we still could smell the smell and my girlfriend starting to get sick we started to clean up our room so we could ask to change rooms but after cleaning up our room and getting everything together we passed out on the bed accidenta... read more

To whom this may concern: When I got in my room there was no lotions o soap bars only 1 shampoo and a used bar by sink discusting also no garbage can at least the bed was made but really poor quality room I have never had this problem in my entire life at any hotel/motel period I would like a full refund period I do not recommend this hotel at all the check in guy was very in professional like he hated his job not a good sign of a proper hotel. Would not recommend to anyone thank u.
