Not as advertised The advertisement stated they served breakfast. NOT TRUE. My first room had a dirty smell to it which morphed into a urine smell later. I then noticed long black hairs on the shower stall walls. I moved to a new room ASAP. Because I went through Hotels.com, I worried about just moving to another location.

Disappointing I chose this hotel because it advertised that it included breakfast and a "fully equipped kitchen". There was no breakfast (as has been pointed out in reviews, now that I see them) and absolutely nothing to cook with in the room. No silverware, nothing. There was no one at the front desk for much of the time so it was difficult to get anyone to help me or answer questions.

San Ramon area Smoke smell in the room and toilet didn't flush upon arrival.

Mislead by the staff. I came in on Monday Night and told them I would only be staying for a single night (I had reserved 2 nights). I asked the lady at the counter if she could cancel the second night. She said I had to call "Expedia" to cancel the second night. I did that, and they told me it was up to the hotel. Then I got a letter saying they denied my request. They lied to me knowing I would lose in the customer service blender.

Very poor quality hotel. Only saving grace is the low price compared to other hotels in San Ramon.

Affordable, but very poor quality This is more like a block of condos converted to a cheap motel than a proper hotel. I think it is still only partly up and running, because the continental breakfast that was supposed to be available wasn't actually available. According to the staff, this was because they had not yet had approval from their management to buy in breakfast.

Hotel smelled bad and wasn't very clean. Very cheap bedding and towels. Zero amenities. A bar of soaps about all that was in the room

Convenient but lacking modern basics No blow dryer. Bedside lights didn't work. No coffee in room. Ambiguous heating controls. Otherwise clean and functional.
