HORRIBLE!!! Staff was awful, rude and non existent! Room was gross and unclean! Entire closet was FULL of someone else's clothes! Told that it's not safe to "park around back" but my room was in the back... crazy!!! EVERYTHING is extra! Including speaking to illiterate staff... could not be worse! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Horrible Experience Ever 2017 My room the heater was not working and it happened to be a little chilly outside, so I was given another room, the next morning I go to my brothers funeral I come back to my room and all of my luggage is gone and my bed which I made up before leaving that morning looked like somebody had slept in it the sheets was all pulled back I went to the office to asked who was in my room and where was my luggage the clerk said there some luggage there in the office which was my luggage so I was glad to lo... read more

Not what it is all cracked up to be. This extended stay was not really an extension of hospitality. When we got there the front desk service was okay, but what they offer online and what you get are two different things. The bathroom was filthy lucky we always bring disinfectant wipes. The room has a fold out couch sleeper. No sheets or blankets provided for that. The grab and go breakfast does not exist at this location. The morning front desk service is not very freindly. Won't be extending any business your way.

Horrible hotel, Extended Stays should be ashamed I guess they allow homeless people to leave there, which is a good idea. Such a horrible hotel in a nice area. Never will stay there

Not recommended Place is on the highway. Mostly long term housing. Sketchy ! Things are not well maintained at all. Would not recommend.

There was a confusion i did wrongly booked it ? Instead of booking it in oregon it was in san ramon called hotels cust service nothing happens on the cancellation request told to call the next morning did call but nothing happens

Bring Your Own Kitchen Sink! The saying :"everything but the kitchen sink" should be changed to "it has a kitchen sink, but nothing else!" I was booked in a smoker's room that had no ashtray, no coffee pot, no water glass, etc., etc. If you want these things you have to call and ask them to be delivered to your room (probably why I had to wait so long for someone to check me in because he was taking a coffee cup to a room). Not surprisingly their were cigarette burns all over the carpet - no ashtrays will encourage that. ... read more
