Due to delayed flight, arrived at 11:30 p.m. and informed room wasn't ready yet even though staff had since 3 p.m. to ready. Room was cleaned within 15 minutes but not stocked with bath soap. Aware from previous stays @ ESA, need to request coffee pot and dishware (incl. coffee cups) upon arrival, but guest is required to transport to room. Locale is nice suburban area and freeway road noise surprisingly not noticeable from front room facing San Ramon Rd. Overall, decent stay for the entrepreneur on a budget.

Bad customer service Next morning NO person at desk, coffee empty, breakfast a joke, just a few wrapped muffins.. No one there for check out for hours, til a guest called other local Extended Stay and lady came over... Alarm going off when I arrived.. Room ok. Won't go back...

AVOID!!! Worst place in the area Terrible spot, never book here, please. the manager was gone one morning for several hours, lines 10 people deep and out the door, people could not check out breakfast is a joke,coffee all gone and never refilled, snacks were a joke. Unit smelled, other patron loud and obnoxious, barely running cars in the parking lot with no mufflers. This place should be shut down.

Is this really a true Extended Stay Hotel? I have stayed in several different Extended Stay hotels throughout California and have never had an issue until now. The building was not originally built as an Extended Stay hotel as most of them they are. This is an old and remodeled "motel" and a poor reproduction of the Extended Stay design. The staff is not friendly or welcoming at all. And the rooms are SMALL and have a lot of visible wear and tear. Never again Booked a non-smoking room confirmed put us into a smoking room we checked in late and front desk was closed so could not change . Smoke smell woke both my husband and I up at four in the morning hotel staff unapologetic and would not do anything for us because we booked thru orbitz. Orbitz also would not do anything for us also. Horrible customer service!!!

Unspeakable Filth The room was dirty. The bathroom seemed to not have been cleaned for a long period of time. The counters had a thick greasy film on it, making them sticky and grimy. The shower curtain's bottom Wires were sticking out of the wall. The sheets were blood stained and dirty underwear found in the drawers. The front desk didn't provide clean sheets when requested.

When I checked in the receptionist didn't have a good customer service didn't great me. He looked like he doesn't want to be working. I know i checked in early, I had to wait 1 hour to get my room when i booked my room i explain to the Expedia employee that i will be coming in early & if they can accommodate me.
