Check woman was talking on her cell phone and ignored us. When she did start to check us in she got another phone call and left us standing. I had to ask for everything. WiFi code, what day my room would be cleaned. I was there for 17 days. One night I called because of a loud noise and the walls vibrating and was told maintenance was not on duty (11:00pm) and it would be checked out in the morning. Not healthy There was blood on the top and bottom sheets. The air-conditioner would not work. When it was repaired the air-conditioner was so loud that you could not go to sleep. We left.

It is too bad to stay We stayed here two nights(Jun 18, 19) and when we backed the second day, my Philips Shaver was missing. We checked in the first day near midnight and told the Staff(man) we'll stay here two night with booking two times. Asked him we like to stay in same room, he said ok and didn't tell us needed to do check out and check in again in second day. Then we backed second day in evening and can't get in the room. More expensive than what Expedia quoted price More expensive than what Expedia quoted price. Said only smoking room available, did not say that on Expedia. Broken hanger, no soup in the bathroom...

Worst Hotel Ever! I've stayed in numerous hotels/motels in many different states and I've never been as disappointed as I was when arriving at Extended Stay America-West in San Ramon CA. The room was dirty, the carpet hadn't been vacuumed in a really long time and there were old paper bags on the floor and no hangers in the 'pretend' closet. The amenities displayed in pictures of the various rooms on-line were no where to be found. Will not return The room smelled when I first go there, the carpet was dirty, the entire room just felt dirty (I layed out towels on the floor from the bathroom to the bed so I didn't have to walk on carpet.) When I woke up I noticed a stain on the sheets that did not come from me...EWWWW The staff during checkin was super slow and when she handed me the key she said your room is to the right, somewhere down there, I asked her again where my room was and she repeated "somewhere down there" This was a company trip and we rent... read more

Sadly disappointed When we arrived, the garbage can in the kitchen was overflowing... with some other person's nasty rotting garbage. The kitchen counter tops were messy and gross and had not been wiped and the kitchen drawers were full of crumbs and debris, as were the refrigerator drawers and shelves. The carpet had not been vacuumed either, full of old fingernail clippings and pieces of lint and trash. Wow, I sure hope they changed the sheets, at least they looked kind of cleanish.
