Will not return The room smelled when I first go there, the carpet was dirty, the entire room just felt dirty (I layed out towels on the floor from the bathroom to the bed so I didn't have to walk on carpet.) When I woke up I noticed a stain on the sheets that did not come from me...EWWWW The staff during checkin was super slow and when she handed me the key she said your room is to the right, somewhere down there, I asked her again where my room was and she repeated "somewhere down there" This was a company trip and we rent... read more

Sadly disappointed When we arrived, the garbage can in the kitchen was overflowing... with some other person's nasty rotting garbage. The kitchen counter tops were messy and gross and had not been wiped and the kitchen drawers were full of crumbs and debris, as were the refrigerator drawers and shelves. The carpet had not been vacuumed either, full of old fingernail clippings and pieces of lint and trash. Wow, I sure hope they changed the sheets, at least they looked kind of cleanish. More like a Motel, than a Hotel. I booked 2 nights through Expedia, they automatically booked me a smoking room. When I got there the guy at the desk asked if I wanted a non-smoking room? I said yes and he said, "You give me good review for that?" I said of course I would because I was thankful for the gesture. Good Hotels never ask, so that was a dead ringer that they dont get very good reviews. The room was very old and smelled soooo bad like rotten smelly socks on steroids! Room was on the road with traffic news. Sink in bathroom only had scalding hot water....cold water didn't work.

Long wait times, always a line at the front desk They never have enough staff here during the busy hours of check in our check out. I swear, two times i checked in between 6 and 7 pm there were 4-6 customers ahead of me with a wait time of 20-25 minutes to check in. Last excuses were the system wasn "down", well I'm i am not DOWN with this place and service. go to the Dublin Extended Stay instead or another hotel

Extremely dissatisfied this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. upon check in i was told my room wasn't ready at which point i asked to use the restroom and was told i could not. moments after, another couple whose room was not ready asked to use the restroom and they were granted that access. the neighborhood did not feel safe enough for me to leave my business truck at overnight so I drove it to another location. You gave me a Smokers Room instead of Non Smokers Hotel manager demanded 15 per day for a Non Smoker Room I had to pay I had no choice My Appointment was in an hour He gave me a room that REEKED OF SMOKE HAD AN ASHTRAY IN THE ROOM CIGARETTES BURN IN BATHROOMS I GOT AN ALLERGIC REACTION I DID NOT WANT TO EXTEND MY STAY ND
