Room was clean and functional, however, for a non-smoking room as soon as you walked in the smell of cigarette smoke hit heavily. It also smelled like incense was burned to try to cover it up. The second day, some work was being done outside the building and the chemical smell came into the room so harshly it made our noses burn.

Obviously you get what you pay for. I was looking for an affordable accommodation in the tri valley area. Something a better than a motel. Well, this was basically a motel. It was dirty and run down. I contemplated just sleeping in my car since I couldn’t get a refund and it was my fault for booking it without researching. Just needed a place to shower and sleep I told myself. Put me in a room next to two barking dogs. Lots of complaints while I was in the lobby complaining. Workers are friendly enough just you get what you pay for. Didn’t feel good about the carpet being clean and probably was a dog room too? Noises and never again will I stay there.

Disgustingly Dirty The first thing we noticed when we walked into our non-smoking room was the overwhelming stench of cigarette smoke, but that wasn’t even the worst part. The worst part was going to take a shower and realizing that there was what looked like feces particles all over the bottom of the bathtub that partially washed away when the shower was turned on making it obvious that the tub had not been cleaned at all.
