What I didn't like was that there was no one in the front desk for 10 minutes to check me into my room. The second thing was that when the reservation was made, no one mentioned that the elevator was out of service and that my 2-queen bed was not on the first floor. I ended up having to settle for a 1-queen room in order to be on the first floor. I am not in a wheelchair, but I require a a cane or walker to get around. I got to the hotel and they didn't let us check in.

The hotel made a mistake and blamed it on Expedia also did not really try Nd help with the situation even tho we paid our hotel and gave us a completely different room then we originally ordered , the staff had attitude and treated us and our group bad but preferences to the people who lived there in the hotel that took up much of there hotel rooms also we got told our group asked for too much even tho they messed up on our rooms gave us rooms we didn’t even book that style but yet asked for too much also was not very clean ... read more

We had a soccer tournament this weekend and all the parents booked the hotel 2 weeks in. advance

Checked in and checked right out to another hotel. Room smelled like dead fish and felt dirty. Would not recommend this place at all.
