I stay here almost every week when I'm in tow for work. It is not the nicest hotel, but it is in a nice location of San Ramon. This time I was placed in an occupied room the first time. And the kitchen sink did not work.

Terrible I paid for a room with two Queen beds, and got a room with one Queen bed and a roll out!!! Being a GOLD Member has no perks!!!!!! Won’t be stay here again!!!

Rude staff & no breakfast The lady at the reception was rude. She was doing the night shift and was not happy. We requested 2 queen beds but were not given. The booking mentioned free breakfast but it was not there. They did not even had tea or coffee in the room. The note on the reception also said no utensils will be given. We left at 7:30 am with hungry kids and mom was not happy either without her morning tea. We were charged $108 plus change for just a sleep at night?

The bed sheet has a yellow stain on it. Found some ants in the bathroom. No utensils, dish soap, napkins, pans and pots provided in the kitchen to use.

Just Meh Room was dingy and customer service was just ok. No one was really rude but they also weren't welcoming.

NIGHTMARE THEFT BY HOTEL STAFF First off, I’ve given many nights and lots of money to this hotel for this trip and the third day I booked I was out for a couple hours on 4/24, TONIGHT ACTUALLY, and came back in the middle of the night on 4/25 at 1:35 am and a cleaning lady named, GREORGIA or something spelled like it, was in my room going through me and my girlfriends bags and throwing all our stuff in the trash while putting our valuables to the side so, she could collect them after she was done.
