Had spiders with lots of web in the room Had to move to different room Overall the hotel is very old and dated

I called ahead to let them know my flight would arrive late and I would need a late check-in. The assistant manager confirmed this would be ok. When I arrived the lobby was closed and no one could reach anyone at the location to check me in. They suggested I walk around the property to try to find the person working there or to just wait. I walked the property and waited an hour and no one ever showed up. I had to leave and find another hotel at 2:00 in the morning. I will never trust an extended stay again.

The key did not work it took over an hour to get i The key did not work it took over an hour to get in the room the heater did not work froze all night the repair man came when I was checking out terrible experience

we wont be able to chexk in in this hotel in March 1 to 2, 2022 necause there is no more people in the office Until mow. i havent heard from your office anout the refund that i requested… worst ezperienced

Conference stay The room had a strong odor upon entry that lingered the whole night. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Very outdated. TV and internet went on and off, with TV picture turning off every 5 minutes.

The rooms are okay. The water pressure sucks I could barely take a shower it was so weak. Everything I stay here it’s always a problem. A dirty room, dirty sheets, smells bad, water pressure sucks… I mean I can go on and on but I’m homeless so when I’m gifted a place to stay for a night or so I can’t complain too much. But I mean I can because we pay for a standard that they aren’t even keeping up. I will definitely be writing their corporate office especially during these trying times with Covid.

No thanks. The heater sounded like an airplane starting it’s engine, so we had to turn it off to sleep. I was to tired to ask for a different room. The toilet ran constantly. Good water pressure in the shower. A bit run down.
