Staff was friendly, our studio room was clean, and they were accommodating and quick when we asked for more pillows. It was annoying that the 3rd floor seemed to be half smoking half non-smoking, we slept non-smoking but right off the elevator you smell smoke. Also the continental breakfast is just coffee, muffins and granola bars. We had a long day ahead of us and couldn't eat again until 1pm, had we known it was just muffins we would've left warlier than 7am and went out to eat.

It was fine. It was fine. I’d probably stay again. The bad: The lady at the front desk was nice, but when I asked her where my room was she said, “third floor room 322”. I knew that, so I asked where that was, which side of the hotel. She said there were signs I could follow in the elevator. I asked if there was an outside staircase I could use instead and she said yes... Well there wasn’t. You have to enter the lobby to access the rooms.
