Excellent Employee Assistance The hotel was just okay. The main issue was the bedding; it was uncomfortable. However, on a positive note, the woman working at the front desk was amazing! She went out of her way to help an elderly man who was staying at the hotel. She found out it was his birthday and went the extra mile of getting him a birthday gift. Bathtub was full of water from it not draining. We felt uncomfortable showering, not the most comfortable beds but doable.

Decent place, but great staff! We booked a room through hotels.com for a wedding. About 5 days before checking in, I called Extended Stay to request an early check-in. Vanessa, at the front desk, suggested I call the app customer service and have them straighten it out becuase the rooms were going for much higher due to an event happening in the area that weekend.
