All four staff members with whom I interacted were excellent, and went above and beyond what was expected of their roles. Our room was pretty sad looking. Could benefit a lot from a new carpet and more attractive lighting. I wish the hotel had a fitness room, too. But it was super clean and the bed was surprisingly comfortable.

Check in Was good, the Gentlemen at the counter was polite. This is the second time I have stayed here and the last. Rooms are dirty, faucets leak, bath tub had dirt stains, and there was a fight right outside my window with group of at least 10 men and women, people hung outside the hotel all night, very uneasy feeling, hard to rest. However when I informed the gentlemen at the counter he did run out there and disperse the crowd. Unfortunately some of them came back once he left and hung out all night

Too expensive for low quality The front desk people were very nice. The rooms are pretty old and dingy and people are smoking throughout the facility and possibly rooms. The smell of cigarette smoke was the worst part of the stay.
