I had a complaint regarding the shower and the smoke alarm and it was handled the same day. The service is excellent.

The staff was friendly and put in extra effort to accommodate my needs. They were able to work with me to extend my stay at a momemts notice and were extremely understanding and helpful during my entire stay.

I did let the staff know about the dresser drawer and the refrigerator. Very nice and understanding.

Staff was friendly, our studio room was clean, and they were accommodating and quick when we asked for more pillows. It was annoying that the 3rd floor seemed to be half smoking half non-smoking, we slept non-smoking but right off the elevator you smell smoke. Also the continental breakfast is just coffee, muffins and granola bars. We had a long day ahead of us and couldn't eat again until 1pm, had we known it was just muffins we would've left warlier than 7am and went out to eat.
