Needles found in the carpet, checked out early and the property is REFUSING any refund…. Awful- don’t ever go!!

Room was fine, but location severely understaffed at 7pm on a Friday evening (6 guests waiting in the lobby, phones ringing and the only employee on site was on lunch). Tried to resolve on site (received poor customer service) along with reaching out to the hotel chain (customer service not available on weekends or after 7pm EST). Waiting in a lobby as a solo female traveler for an extended amount of time without an ETA on help then being treated rudely by staff was definitely the low point of my trip.

The hotel property is right next to the freeway which is easy to get in and out. The hotel room is old. A lot of paint chipped, old furniture and appliances. Had zero kitchen accessories. There’s a bad smell when you get into the hallways, elevator and room. The free continental breakfast was pre-packaged muffin, granola bars, oatmeal and even pre-packaged coffee (instant coffee) :(

Spend your money elsewhere The first room they gave us smells like urine. They did give us another room and felt a little better not much. The rooms were not cheap to start with totally not worth the money. The breakfast is a total and complete joke photo attached

Refund needed unsafe and unclean We asked for a handicap room, they refused to give us one at first saying they were full, I said I would go somewhere else and they had one available after all Someone in the parking lot was harassing the front lobby, asked for my phone and kept trying to talk to me while holding a knife.
