There was a smoke smell in the room, the furniture was damaged and the room felt bare and empty. It looked like they were doing repairs to n all the rooms which would have been nice to know prior to booking.

Like a cheap old apartment. Chipped counters, no coffee, no restaurant, no utensils, no plates, no pots and pans. "Breakfast" will be grab and go oatmeal and coffee set out on a little desk in the lobby. Pretty much "what not to do"

No shampoo, coffee, tea cups or coffee maker. Had to go to the office to get them. Only three smallish pillows for two people. Had to go to the office to get another. Best to get a room close to the office!

The room was not ready when I arrived. Then when I was able to get in my room there were no toiletries and under the bed was full of dog hair

The room I had reserved was not available when we arrived. The room itself had an unusual rancid smell and there was no linen in the room for the sofa bed.

I got to the hotel for check-in and they told me they were overbooked and had no room available for me. They reserved a room for me at another Extended Stay a few miles away. The hotel we ended up at was dirty and the service was atrocious. But they did at least comp the room so that made me a little less angry.

Reserved a king , arrived and was downgraded to a queen due to the property being over booked. Supposed to get a discount as a result but the charge hasn’t hit yet, so we will see …. The room smelled like bad spices and needed and update, the A/C was very loud . Will not stay there again.
