We decided to stay at this property because it showed close to area we needed to visit. The page also claimed 'free Breakfast.' The property is very dated, somewhat dirty and the breakfast was under-whelming. The coffee was awful, no milk or non-flavored creamer. They offered a package of instant Oatmeal with warm water that wouldn't cook it. There was a pre-packaged, unhealthy muffin & granola bar! That was breakfast??? No ice machine on property. Having the amenities of a studio was great. Room was clean, decently appointed. Night staff’s customer service was lacking. Chose hotel for proximity to hospital, but accommodation for the needs of the patient leaving the hospital took multiple conversations.

Needles found in the carpet, checked out early and the property is REFUSING any refund…. Awful- don’t ever go!!

Room was fine, but location severely understaffed at 7pm on a Friday evening (6 guests waiting in the lobby, phones ringing and the only employee on site was on lunch). Tried to resolve on site (received poor customer service) along with reaching out to the hotel chain (customer service not available on weekends or after 7pm EST). Waiting in a lobby as a solo female traveler for an extended amount of time without an ETA on help then being treated rudely by staff was definitely the low point of my trip.

The hotel property is right next to the freeway which is easy to get in and out. The hotel room is old. A lot of paint chipped, old furniture and appliances. Had zero kitchen accessories. There’s a bad smell when you get into the hallways, elevator and room. The free continental breakfast was pre-packaged muffin, granola bars, oatmeal and even pre-packaged coffee (instant coffee) :(
