This hotel was absolutely disgusting!!!! Our room was soooooo dirty! We will never stay at this hotel again!

My worst hotel room experience to date. After receiving my room keys, I rounded the corner to be me with a long, dark, dingy hallway, which led to my room. The vibes were creepy. Upon opening the door to my room, I knew I wouldn't be staying there. The entire room looked dated, with cheap, scratched, mis-matched furniture that looked like it was dragged in from the nearest street corner. Please do better, Extended Stay America Suites Santa Rosa North.

We showed up after midnight due to delayed travel and they would not give us our room. Said we were marked as a no show since we tried checking in so late and they would not give us our room and could not offer us any other room as their computers were down. Beyond frustrating situation. I’ve never had this happen in all my years of travel and I would not suggest booking a room here.

Don’t do it. Really bad. Hardly slept because of guest, appliance, AC noise. There was a sewage smell in the hallways. It was a total bummer.

The property has a very run down. No hair dryer, shampoo or dishes in the kitchenette. People living there full time.
