There was an electrical fire in the ceiling near my room which the firemen could never find. I did not feel safe. So I vacated my room. The hotel did refund my money however.

Room smelled of smoke and there was vape smell emanating into our room, i complained and nothing changed. The worst experiences ive had at a hotel. The staff was responsive to my complaint, but a room change or refund was the correct plan of action. I almost left to sleep kn my car the smell was that bad

No coffee in room. Breakfast was poor. Coffee and a granola bar! Won’t be back

You get what you pay for The staff is very nice. Warning don’t stay on third floor it’s horrible a mix of cigarette smell and unidentifiable fowl smell. Our room was interesting to say the least the bathroom fan didn’t work the bed was uncomfortable and I think I might catch small poxs from the bedding. The bathroom shower head leaked and I am pretty sure we both caught a foot fungus from the bathtub.

Rooms are very dirty, floor is sticky, we had to change rooms because the first room was bad and ended up in the same condition room, hair everything and very dusty

disappointed I checked in after 4 pm and was given a dirty room. I was told it would take another 45 min for the room to be cleaned. I had an event to attend and this really affected my plans. I choose this hotel based on the location of my event, but next time I will stay somewhere else. Comfort and cleanliness outweighs location.

Mold was around the inside of the sink. The room stunk like cigarette smoke. The kitchen was so dated and old. Not worth $260 at all. Very disappointed.

The room was not ready and we had to wait an additional 2 hours. Then we came back to check in and the girl at the front desk said she was taking lunch and would check us in when she retired from her lunch break even though the room was finally ready. So rude and inconsiderate, especially since we are 73years old and had to wait in the lobby as she took her break....
