Disappointed Guest Very Disappointing! Most recently I checked in on these dates,01/01/2020, 12/31/2019, 03/07/2020 On 12/31/2019 ( New Years Eve) Was my first check in date Cleanliness was a 5 for a Stay America it's workable But Most definitely could be better this room is located on the Third Floor. 01/31/2020 Another Date I checked in, The TV in My room did not work or phone I couldn't reach Front Desk, I did go to the front desk to inform her that the TV was not turning on she asked if i unplugged it and she gave me ano... read more

Heather didn’t work . Instead got cooler . Bathroom’s shower didn’t work . Breakfast was so bad .

Property was rundown. Staff was undermanned...onlyoneperson in whole hotel!!

RUN! Room smelt like pee and floors were way over due for a cleaning. Someone left a bag around the smoke detector. Let’s put it this way my time in California was extended and I switched hotels. Beds were awful rooms were not clean at all. Staff was ok. The people staying there weren’t all there and probably are drug users.

disgusting place to stay This was the worst place I have ever stayed. The pictures were a lie! It was absolute filth with dog hair in the bed.. cigarette burns on counters, floors and blankets, dogs barking two doors down, the lobby was filth, the walls had and elevator had big splatters like someone puked and nobody cleaned it, the desk clerk was gone when I arrived, I kept yelling for help and nobody came for a very long time from down a hall, she tried charging me 22.00 even though I booked online, they blocked all of my ... read more

Breakfast is a bag muffin or packaged oatmeal, nothing in the room to use for the kitchen. No glasses. No blankets.
