not going back it is a large hotel and i asked for an early check it, about 2 or 3 hours. in that large hotel they did not have a room ready at 1pm. it is a little dingy. the full sized refrigerator is nice but strange that the kitchen has nothing to use. no silverware, plates, paper towels, bottle openers. the ac/heater did not work so no air circulation. the windows opened a little but not much air. for a large hotel they have one elevator. the "breakfast" is minimal muffins and oatmeal. they have coffee but no tea and no ... read more

Our room, especially the bathroom, was extremely dirty and looked like it had not been cleaned at all. Our bathroom sink was unusable because the drain was clogged/slow. The room smelled musty. Why have a kitchen in the room if you leave nothing in it to use? You can call to request items but there should be basic items in the room at all times. There wasn't even your typical single pod coffee maker in the room that even Motel 6 offers. Several people in and around the property that looked like they were on drugs. Trash ever... read more

There was a smoke smell in the room, the furniture was damaged and the room felt bare and empty. It looked like they were doing repairs to n all the rooms which would have been nice to know prior to booking.

Like a cheap old apartment. Chipped counters, no coffee, no restaurant, no utensils, no plates, no pots and pans. "Breakfast" will be grab and go oatmeal and coffee set out on a little desk in the lobby. Pretty much "what not to do"

No shampoo, coffee, tea cups or coffee maker. Had to go to the office to get them. Only three smallish pillows for two people. Had to go to the office to get another. Best to get a room close to the office!
