The front desk clerks were rude! Acted unprofessional and looked unhappy… I will never stay at your property again. The room was dirty. I checked in on line and had to come 3 hours later to get our room which was at 8 pm in the evening. I had to use a towel to wipe the floors down before I took my shoes off!UNACCEPTABLE!

Smelled like smoke. The free breakfast was more like a mini snack table. There was blood on my pillow case but the staff was nice.

The bed was uncomfortable, the room smelled like dog pee. I did feel safe, there were cops in and out. The “breakfast” was granola bars that were stale. Would not stay here again.

Not Clean! I travel to Santa Rosa for work and was getting tired of eating out. This extended stay appealed to me because it had a full kitchen. When I arrived the lobby was "okay", but felt old and dingy. The receptionist was polite and check in was fine. I was informed that if i wanted to use any cooking supplies, I would need to request them in advance. The elevator and hallway smelled of stale smoke. There were several cars parked outside that looked like they had homeless people or hoarders living in them. The parking lot smelled bad for that reason. The manager changed our room type without notifying us, because they overbooked. As soon as we exited the elevator on our floor, it reeked of weed. Our room smelled like someone had smoked cigarettes in there recently. The emergency sprinkler in the bathroom was filthy.

We chose and opted for a non smoking room, but we may as well have been smoking ourselves. The room and bedding reeked of cigarette smell as did the rest of the facility. For the price of the rooms I would have expected much better presentation and facility. There were drug addicts and abandoned cars on the lot. Didn’t feel safe.

Dirty, old furniture, broken abandoned cars in parking lot, druggies in open spaces

The entire hotel smelled like cigarette smoke. Our room smelled like marijuana and cigarette smoke. There was some remnants of marijuana on the table.
