First room was not clean and had bugs. Went to desk to ask for a different room. Manager was curt but gave me a new room. Second room was also dirty and had mold. At that point I checked out and went to a different hotel.

We had a port experience with the staff and location. We canceled our reservation and stayed elsewhere.

Filthy Although the outside of this hotel looked nice as we drove by the front trash cans were overflowing...the picture I am posting was in the day time but this exact same trash was outside when we arrived at night. The front office gal was super sweet and I do want it noted that the problems we had were in no way her fault!! When we opened our room there were two hangers in the bathroom sink...one wire hanger and one plastic one...clearly not hotel issue. Very shady people and terrible smell of stale cigarettes although we had a non-smoking room. The television did not work and the wifi was sporadic.

Will not go back Room felt dirty. Floor was visibly dirty with sticky stuff on it.Asked for a toaster & coffee pot as it was included, they didn't have a toaster and the coffeemaker provided was dirty from prior guest usage.
