The hotel was not up-to-date it had horrible smells and the staff were very interested

👎-Dirty floors in room, left residue on sheets! -the halls smell like stinky feet -1 bar soap, no hair conditioner, missing hair dryer/iron -Only 1 bath towel/hand towel...no wash rag in room. -Hotel not updated -Breakfast was Cheap muffins & granola bars-ran out of these -Only cleans rooms once per week. We ✅out after 1st night! Was booked for 4 nights!! 👍3 miles north, we stayed at a much nicer, updated, hotel with a full, wonderful breakfast, fresh fruit baskets in lobby, & fresh, iced fruit infused water...for $30 more... read more

The room Smelled like fish and the sheets were dirty

The staff left me standing, waiting to check in, while they complained between themselves about management- there was not even a plastic cup to use - to get any cup ide need to pay, same with coffee maker. The bedding was filthy, visible spots on spread, and sheets.

Room smelled like marijuana, plastic bag over the smoke detector. The place is over run with all of the temporary workers rebuilding houses in the area.

Poor condition of the rooms. Broken windows & the smell of smoke throughout.

Fountain grove is defiantly not the They couldn’t find our reservation , tried to charge us more than what was agreed . Then gave us a room . Which we walked into already sleeping in . Then was told their upgrading is from a room with a queen to a room with two double beds . How that’s an upgrade I’ll never understand . Then I was told that the bedding was missing from one of the beds . The desk clerk made no attempt to fix the bed prior to us using this room . Terrible management!!! Extremely rude I was booked into my room and sent to a room with a bed unmade and dirty towels on the floor. I went down and asked for a new room and the “manager” heather was extremely rude. Acting as if I was making more work for her by asking for a room that had been cleaned since the last guests were there. I finally was given a room that smelled like cigarettes. Scared every time I walked to my room from the drug addicted tenants hanging out in the hallways. Terrible experience

A/C was not working and room temperature was unbearable....ultimately repaired by friendly staff member but unpleasant until repaired.
