Poor condition of the rooms. Broken windows & the smell of smoke throughout.

Fountain grove is defiantly not the They couldn’t find our reservation , tried to charge us more than what was agreed . Then gave us a room . Which we walked into already sleeping in . Then was told their upgrading is from a room with a queen to a room with two double beds . How that’s an upgrade I’ll never understand . Then I was told that the bedding was missing from one of the beds . The desk clerk made no attempt to fix the bed prior to us using this room . Terrible management!!! Extremely rude I was booked into my room and sent to a room with a bed unmade and dirty towels on the floor. I went down and asked for a new room and the “manager” heather was extremely rude. Acting as if I was making more work for her by asking for a room that had been cleaned since the last guests were there. I finally was given a room that smelled like cigarettes. Scared every time I walked to my room from the drug addicted tenants hanging out in the hallways. Terrible experience

A/C was not working and room temperature was unbearable....ultimately repaired by friendly staff member but unpleasant until repaired.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! Take my advice Expedia, take it off of your site! Poor area, poor service, NOISE!!

From 8 pm until midnight the noise from the third floor was unbearable. Sounded like a bunch of adults playing dodge ball without stop. There was no phone in the room, no alarm clock, no radio, and no role of toilet paper on the missing bar on the paper holder--had to unwrap spare paper. Rugs were dirty. Towels and bed sheets old. Wouldn't recommend it. We made our reservation through Orbitz, which was easy. When we got there, we could not change anything about our reservation. There was a kitchen in the the room and it was not stocked, completely bare. We asked about this and were told we have to specify that we wanted dishes, etc. when we made the reservation. There was no place to do this on the Orbitz site. We also were told by the night person that we could order it in the morning. Booked a nonsmoking room but given smoking room and it smelled awful; the tv didn’t work; had to go to front desk to get supplies. Very disappointing experience :-(
