No ice 30 min check in, kitchen had nothing in it not even a glass.they had no ice also no hair dryer

They didn’t honor my reservation I reserved the room through Expedia and upon arrival at 10:00 pm they told me that they didn’t have a room for me, they accidentally overbooked the hotel. There was garbage and broken equipment in the hallways and don’t be fooled by “free breakfast”, it’s a NutriGrain bar and packaged muffin.

Horrible and understaffed This is by for the WORST place I have ever stayed out. Understaffed, front desk couldn't crack a smile, sent me to a room that was used by previous guest and never cleaned, the place had a bad fish smell, bed was NOT a queen maybe a full at its best, continental breakfast was coffee and a granola bar. I could say more but why bother. Never again..!

Horrible stay Most uncomfortable bed, cheap worn bedding including sheets, pillows and comforter. Bedside lamp had the lightbulb hanging which I realized was like that because of a short in the wiring, tv remote barely worked. Upstairs tenant decided to have a fight at 1 am. Nobody at the front desk between 7-720 am the next morning for checkout and so I had to just leave my key.

Not Good I was placed in a room right next to a room with people partying LOUDLY. the hotel was mostly empty so I do not understand why I was put right next to another guest. the front desk clerk was rude and behaved as if I was putting him out (perturbed to have to do his job). Thin blankets. I was cold. the only option was to put on the LOUD heater. there were people just hanging out in the parking lot. I did not feel safe here. I will not be staying here again.

Facilities could be nice if cleaned The room was not very clean. Carpets needed vacuuming, the elevator was filthy with handprints everywhere. The towels we're badly stained and very thin.

It is heart breaking to spend 128$ on a room and have all the hallways smell, very uncomfortable bed and the lady in the office looked and acted like she was on meth. Worst place I’ve stayed in for that price.
