Just okay... Exce Location. Room was clean and comfortable. There were no Kitchen supples (plates, utensils or cups) as advertised. When I got back the second day the room had not been cleaned but I was too tired to care and I had not left it messy anyway. Their breakfast To Go is spartan to say the least but it was better than nothing at all. They did have delicious coffee. The elevator was pretty dirty. Relaxing spot The staff was incredibly helpful with my reservation. They were over booked and hotels.com emailed me to say they needed to rebook me the day I was headed to check in since I was working a local event I called the hotel directly and they were able to keep my reservation and even allowed me to extend a extra night. Was expecting better Desk clerk seemed preoccupied as she answered a personal call while assisting me. I had issues connecting to the wifi and she wasn't there to assist. Room quality was below expectations. Would not recommend if other options are available.

The hotel itself is beautiful the staff is unreal I mean one of the main reasons I stayed there was for the kitchen at my only thing I didn't like was they have no utensils no pots and pans to use the kitchen it was nice they had a full size fridge

Room was clean. Bed comfy. Carpet clean. Shower was great! Nice and quiet. Easy on and off of freeway.

fine for a budget place to stay Overall, the stay was fine. I think the area was actually a little noisy since it was located close to the 101 freeway. Also, some of the other people staying at this hotel were kind of unsavory types so that was a bit concerning. The front desk wasn't particularly motivated or friendly. I also needed to request towels and dishes and there wasn't any shampoo or conditioner provided.
