The beds were very uncomfortable, sank in the middle. Room was dirty and tub tap constantly dripping. People above us had children who constantly were jumping, causing dust to fall from ceiling. Kitchen was not stocked with dishes, utensils etc. You had to order them. Outside back entrance had garbage cans overflowing and broken glass . Stairwell was filthy with joint and cigarette butts. The staff were wonderful and not their faults for poor management.

Third floor fights Well the people on third floor very loud at one in the morning

This hotel is terrible. Dirty, smelly, unsafe. The only reason I booked it was because its the only hotel with a stovetop to do cooking on Christmas! Towels are stained and paper thin. Cigarette smoke wafts through the bathroom vents. No fan in the bathroom. Room was very very humid and moist. Fridge made clinking noises at all hours. The tank was clogged wouldn't get fixed the bed had bed bugs there was no room service my partner was very unhappy it was too late because there was no refund we had to stay the three days and still pay for it
