If you can avoid this hotel, please do. The plus side, excellent location. Now the negatives, - Stayed 2 nights and rented 2 rooms and both were never cleaned during our stay. - Furniture needs a definite upgrade (cracked furniture and rusted refrigerators painted over with spray paint). - Our room key needed to be reprogrammed every time we went out. - Staff was unprofessional but not in a rude manner, basically indifferent. Not like other Extended Stay. Bathroom was not clean well. No kitchen ready in pantry.

The check-in process was very slow, but friendly. The hotel smelled of cigarettes even though it is a non-smoking hotel. The room looked a little beat up, especially in the kitchen. There was a lot of hair in the bathroom. The air conditioner dripped on the carpet all night.

The people who work there are extremely friendly and helpful. I really appreciated their hospitality. The hotel itself was kind of run down, however. The toilet seat was broken and the shower wouldn't turn on at first. They fixed these things for us though. Really liked the staff.

The entire hotel smelled like smoke although it was a smoke free hotel. Finishes on furniture were worn out and need of updating. Towels were old worn out and scratchy. Since when do you have to pay extra for someone to service the room?

ALERT THEY HAVE BED BUGS INFESTATION Arrived for my stay in 10/2/15 within 2 hrs of check in myself and husband had red bites all over us. took upon myself to check the mattress where I discovered the mattress covered in bed bugs. I could see them in the seams and crawling. I was refunded for 1 nite and sent to another hotel with the agreement that Extended stay America would pay for my stay at the other hotel. Total chaos Nothing in the room worked the front desk was the house keeper and the maintenance tech. The room had a phone cord but no phone. They brought my dishes out of a closet, there isn't an ice machine and you have to request ice trays

avoid this hotel We arrived and was given key to the room. (receptionest very pleasant) Room had not been cleaned since previous guests and manager was notified and he said he would take care of it while we were out for dinner. We arrived back at the hotel and room had NOT been cleaned, no towels or soap, dirty sheets, dirty blankets and floors and bathrooms not cleaned, manager was not on the premises and we had to go to the night receptionist to get clean linens and make up our own beds and clean the bathrooms.
