Dirty. Hard beds. Broken latch on the door. Sticky floors. No utensils or anything to prepare a meal. Not even plates and cups. Coffee and granola bars are “breakfast.”

Dead ant under the blanket. Towels had stains. Floors were dirty. There were only three pillows. Loud and we wanted to leave. Tried to contact costumer support. No one cared

No employee on site to check out with. Called the contact us if needed phone no answer. No continental breakfast. Not even coffee maker in room. No ice makers on property. Room had mold in shower and broken toilet paper holer. All outside trash overflowing.
