Staff was nice. That’s the only positive. Room was not very clean (odd smell, counters weren’t wiped down, bathtub was kind of gross). Some odd activity outside my room. People peering in to the room and lingering in the hall outside. A little unsettling.

Lots of condensation on the inside of the windows meant a lot of water dripping onto the window sill causing mold and the funky smell from the A/C unit.

What a deception The room itself was quiet and the bed comfortable but beware that they do not refound your nights if you do a earlier check-out while they said that we had been told that it was possible but we had to wait to checkout before knowing how much we would get back (this is not honest). In addition to that, we were told that we would have a room cleaning after 7 days but when we asked for it, we were told that it would be after 14 days because they are short in staff... We chose this hotel to stay after a funeral. The room smelled like must and chemicals. Coleen was helpful getting us a new room. Upon entering, we were greeted by a spider under the sheets. The bathtub had a disgusting amount of hair and dirt in it. It looked as good though there was either fecal matter or throw up behind the toilet. I am beyond disappointed and disgusted.
