Our room had a strong odor of dog urine and ammonia. Quite strong. The hotel would not move us to a different room even though they were not at capacity. We would never ever stay there again.

Spiders and Cobwebs I guess they typically do not use that part of the building.. or the entire building is that way.. The first think I notice as soon as we enter the place is that there are so many cobwebs outside the room.. Maybe they were getting into the Halloween spirit early.. but I did see spiders hanging from the ceiling during the stay.. This was the biggest put off.. there were others.. but none to this level..

-called ahead to notify of late check-in. After driving all-day, my ETA was 11pm. Front desk staff warned me they were sold out, to which I responded that I paid in full. My reservation should still stand despite 11pm check-in -check-in went smoothly -room had not been cleaned. Dirty towels on the bed, used soap and empty wrappers in the bathroom. -A/C had intolerable musty smell that made us open the door to air out the room -room poorly insulated. Could hear everything the neighbors, people outside, etc.

Quite dated. At least 8-10 hairs still on the bathroom shower wall. Clearly they do not clean the box springs, as there was a lot of hair and material by the headboard. Hair clip from prior guest was on the floor. Lobby area seemed disorganized. A pan and towel was left outside by one room and stayed there for my entire three day stay.

Skip it It took an hour and a half to check in and I didn’t get the room I booked.
