We will never book with this property again. The staff is completely rude. The building is unsafe. They did nothing other than make our two older employees staying there feel terrible. When they checked in, they went to their given room and the door was already open (not locked) there were sheets all over the place. This property is unsafe. First, when checking in they gave us our room, we went there and the door was already cracked open and sheets were everywhere. Went to speak to the office and they were more upset we were stating our concerns while other people were checking in and they felt like we were “embarrassing them”. Once we were able to get to our room, the deadbolt wouldn’t lock and the bathroom fan sounded like a lawn mower! We had a terrible time at this hotel. We got to town at 1230. I went in to the office to inquire about an early check in even if for a fee. The hotel manager or front desk clerk not sure who she was, was extremely rude, and said I "WILL NOT" be checking anyone in early we were sold out last night. Check-in began at 3pm so we left and went to the mall down the road, came back at 245 went into office proceeded to stand in line for the next hour before getting checked into our room. Location was convenient, however the staff was rude and unhelpful as well as the room was run down. Booked reservations online, was at property at 3:15pm, waited in line to check in for an hour only to be told the room was available and I'd have to come back later. While waiting my turn in line, I witnessed the two employees get into numerous verbal arguments as well as 3 other people get turned away for various reasons. This is the second time Ive stayed here in 2 years, they cannot seem to clean rooms in time for check in, extremely dysfunctional hotel, manager should be fired, took us over an hour to check in, we missed the first band of the concert becaue of this place, dont stay here!
