My original reservation was off by a day so I requested a change, your staff changed it by 2 days so when I arrived I did not have a reservation and had to pay again. I know this is not a refundable reservation but your error should not cost me double what I planned to pay and would like to be refunded. Please contact me regarding this issue.

It was my second time to stay in this location. I enjoyed at the first time so I made a reservation again. However, this time was totally different. My room wasn’t ready and the front desk staff’s attitude was horrible. I don’t think I go back to that place ever again.

Not as advertised They advertise and hotels. Com advertise furnished. So we brought food. No plates, dishes or cooking pans. NOTHING in the room. Also we arrived at 2:15 would not let us check in. Finally after arguing for 15 minutes she let us check in at 2:30. Really?

The hotel provides kitchen utensils and tableware. I asked the staff several times, but they didn't give them to me. The attitude is also very bad. I don't know why? The next day I went to ask for kitchen utensils again, and another employee received me and gave me tableware and tableware. Charged me, lost my reservation. Rude receptionist They charged me before I got to the property, which I thought was strange. When I got there, the receptionist told me they had no record of my reservation or payment. I showed her my email confirming the reservation and the Extended Stay America charge on my bank account, but she seemed wholly uninterested investigating further. I requested, on the special requests area of reservation on Expedia, handicap facilities. On arrival the front desk knew nothing about it. It’s obvious no one is trained to read or honor the special request area of online reservation. The room I got smelled like A FRENCH TROLLOP HOUSE! Why do motel/hotels insist on using cleaning or coverup products that have such an overpowering odor to them? This room smelled like baby lotion on steroids. The room not clean. There was garbage from the previous occupant in the garbage can. There was lipstick on one of the towels and the tub had hair from the previous occupant. The room clearly hadn't been cleaned. It was is disgusting.

When we first got into the hotel room one of the pills was super dirty/ black stuff on it, then out of nowhere the part to the light fixture fell off, the drawers were peeling / cracking, then the fan in the restroom was dented in and when we turn it on it was making a loud noise (screaming at us).
