The hotel is not what we thought. 1. location isn't bad if you like hearing the interstate. 2. They ask minors for identification (not ok). 3. The toilet flushes or cycles every hour. 4. You hear banging all night. 5. Their free breakfast is tiny stale muffins, oatmeal in a coffee cup and 1 type of coffee. 6. Beds are very stiff. 7. My original room was dirty and had an awful smell, like someone had burned incenses or something in the room. I was then moved into another room that was also dirty. I was supposed to stay for 2 nights and ended up checking out early. They tried to decline refunding me for the second night but thankfully I had purchased trip protection from Expedia and was able to get a full refund.

To start a very bad customer service, from a african american lady, she gave us a very bad attitude when we asked for towels. Our room had a very bad odor. We were forced to moved to a different room late night. Last you guys advertised that room comes with complementary breakfast, thats false advertisement because you only served coffee with a muffins. Highly recommend to improved your customer service

Check in was slow, roòm was dirty & smelled stale. House keeping started knocking at 10:45am to get us out of the room even though we still had 15 minutes left to check out, and he was rude about it. You get what you pay for! 👎👎

The place is nice but the service /staff was horrible. The staff helped us to check in is definitely an Asian hate. First of all, she insisted that we came to the wrong hotel before asking my name to look at reservation. After I gave her the Expedia reservation of 2 rooms, she insisted that the reservation was not in the system. Then she said she can find reservations for 1 room but not 2 rooms. Light went out in the bathroom the first morning I was there, and the lightbulb was not replaced until late afternoon the next day. Maintenance person who changed the lightbulb also replaced the window screen which had inexplicably not been in the window, but left the window open and unlocked so the room was freezing, not to mention the security issue of leaving the window open while I was gone. Have stayed here in the past but never again.

no breakfast or coffee as advertised. 3flights of stairs, no supplies in the room ~ not even tissues. I will never go there again!!!!!!
