The door key kept giving issues. Housekeeping was bad. All the three days we stayed, no one cleaned the room, change towels, etc.,

The room REEKED of smoke The place REEKED of smoke! I was too tired to complain and get another room. I woke up and my hair smelled like smoke from the sheets!! I slept poorly because of the smell. Why did I get this room? I did not request a "smoking" room. Do they even have these anymore??

Bad experience! Dont book this property. Dirty! 1. Check in staff was nice and welcome 2. Outside is clean 3. Easy and free parking 3. interior smell so bad 4. the floor is filthy 5. The A/C did not work 6. The sheeting was dirty had to use our own blanket to cover the bed 7. Dont have all the shampoo and conditioners 8. Got a wake up call by staff pounding on the door in the morning. 9. Stay away from this property 10. We will not book this chain in the future. Thank you.

The key I was given wouldn’t work for the room. I went back and forth 4 times to the front desk until they came out an opened it with a master key. Cleaning rags an supplies were left in my room from housekeeping I figured. Other than that everything was good

Betty was very helpful. Unfortunately everything else was a joke. This was clearly a NON-SMOKING room however that clearly was not held to that standard from the previous people that had room 159. It absolutely stunk from the minute we opened the door all the way into the bathroom. Completely unacceptable! Just had a nasty, dirty feel to it. Then to be put in a room with a pull out that is one of the worst things to sleep on is a freaking joke! Not worth the money that was spent at all! Not a recommended place to stay.
