Hire more staff!!! Check in was delayed as rooms were not ready. Checkout is at 11am and room not ready by 3pm?! Beds were hard and uncomfortable. A/C unit is very loud. Clerk for check in was frustrating and asked for my personal information in front of the other people waiting to check in as well. I gave all this information when I made a reservation.

Worst dump This place is a total dump, probably the worst I’ve ever seen. The room was smelly, there was no soap, shower curtain, trash bins when we checked in. Breakfast consists of cheap granola bars and disgusting coffee. No water in the vending machine. Pretty amazing they are able to charge the rates they are charging for this place

The service was awful. After traveling for over 3 hours and not being able to check in early I was not given the courtesy of being able to use the restroom. The worst experience I have ever had. Our room smelled awful

Don't waste your money Employees not very helpful. They are very short on labor. Had to wait for fresh towels due to no one available to do the laundry

Called ahead to inform the hotel that I would arrive late due to a flight and that my anticipated arrival would be around 12:30 am for a business meeting the next day. The hotel not only took my money, it now has to be "reviewed" by management for a refund, as THEY cancelled my booking after a pre-pay AND they did not have a room when I arrived. Nice location but that's about it. Our room absolutely reeked - smelled like intense body sweat from an individual who eats raw garlic. I mean, it was terrible! The carpet was dirty, there was grunge in the corners in the bathroom, the AC was very noisy, the other guests were noisy at all hours. Generally our experience was a zero from 1 to 10 - I'll never be back!
