Check in was at 3pm and had to wait 45mins for my room. Sink still had toothpaste from previous stay. Nowhere to park. Rude service.

They were very unorganized, need better management. Line out the door to check in, told they didnt have parking for us.

I can not even get an extra pillow when I stay four nights. Only get one little bottle of shampoo. Free breakfast means nothing to eat. First day, I see a tiny basket with nothing; then they brought three tiny breads; the forth night, I do not even see that basket. No clean at all, $170 per night.

Checked in to a "non-smoking" room that smelled like cigarette and cat urine. Large amount of cat hair on every piece of furniture and floor.
