Went to first room. No bed made. Dirty linens laying on chair and vacuum in room. Notified front desk. Sent to another room with no bed made, dirty linen on chair and no clean blankets. Called front desk and manager stated I’d get a refund. No refund given yet.

Housekeeping is incredibly loud starting early in the morning. Just a horrible stay.

Need houskeepers I was given two rooms which were not ready. The second one..Shame on the previous tenant who did not deal with their own poop mess..

STAY AWAY!! FROM THE FRONT DESK TO HOUSEKEEPING, STAFF DID NOT TAKE THE SERIOUSNESS OF THE PANDEMIC THIS NATION IS DEALING WITH. THEY CONSTANTLY PUT MY HEALTH AND OTHERS IN JEOPARDY BY NOT PROPERLY FOLLOWING THE BASICS TO MINIMIZE CONTACT, CLOSENESS, SANITIZING Etc. They went into my room and removed things after I checked in and left for a few hours and then the person that was discovered to have done it was incredibly combative and defensive and didn't even apologize.
