Poor admission desk. Rude and untrained front desk personnels. Old beds. Unfortable mattress. Broken TV table. Kitchen sink drainage sewarage smell. Broken room safety lock. Loose floor carpet. Very low quality snack and cakes as a grab-and -go breakfast. Those were my personal experience and observations during seven days staying at this hotel. DON'T STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

Better choices The employee at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The hotel, didn’t have working room keys so the front desk had to let you in every time you wanted into your room. The room was very basic, the floor was sticky and the cupboard was missing the front. It might be good if your looking for long term stay because it does have full fridge and a two burner stove top. Coffee in the lobby and breakfast was a muffin or breakfast bar. Hotel overpriced for the room.

They wouldn’t let me check in even though we had traffic to get in late I’m totally upset about this and will never come back …

I stayed in a room where I developed insect bites. The hotel management was very rude and conducted and official bug inspection after a week of me moving out of the room. Eventually they said they don't trust me, although I had complete photo documentation and doctor's report. I felt cheated and humiliated.

Room had an overwhelming smell of smoke and paint damage to a picture as well as the floor underneath. Clerk tried to help the best she could but no other rooms available and air spray only helped a little. Clerk was very nice and great customer service. However room was unacceptable.

It was a convenient location. The toilet backed up a bit. The shower tub did not drain well and the bathroom sink stopper did not work well. All in all i would not stay there again.
