Upon arrival was not greeted properly nor was I checked in . I have to wait over an hour just to get checked in. Then the room smelled very strong of cleaning chemicals which made me very sick to my stomach most of the night. The room was not cleaned to my liking an the staff was or seemed like she was just trying to get me out of there in a hurry an not answer any of my questions

Although we booked a month in advance, they gave away our room, then claimed they "Tried to call" then later admitted they didn't have our phone #. Then they gave us a key to an occupied room where we walking in on someone taking a shower. Then they gave us a room that was directly above a rowdy group of people smoking weed and the room smelled all night. It was not a terrible experience and not what I expected from Extended Stay America.

My reservation was denied. They mentioned my ID was not valid although same ID worked at other place.
This extended stay hotel has small rooms with a kitchen crammed in the space. Tolerable for a weekend, but I would not want to stay long. The staff is poorly trained and inefficient. For example, the front desk never has a current list of rooms clean and ready to be assigned to guests. Instead, after all rooms have been cleaned, the housekeeping supervisor walks to the office and gives a list to the front desk staff. DONT STAY HERE!!! The manager Katherine- never trust what she says!!! She will never have your back! As for the staff, they will kiss her ass before they think about helping you!!!

Staff disappointed me this time. They changed me extra and spoke harsh while checking out.i didn't expect this.last time, it was good but this time ,i am completely disappointed

Bathroom was dirty. There was beard clippings on the backsplash and the wall. There was long hair in the sink. The washcloths had hair in them. The front desk lady was nice but I’ll never go back or recommend this hotel.
