This was my second time staying at this particular Extended Stay in Factoria. Bellevue Washington. Believe it or not both stays there were equally disappointing. I figured in December maybe there was a problem with the cleaning lady or they were short-staffed a sunroom with 30 no towels etc etc EDT I called the head office and made a formal complaint. Dirtiest place we’ve ever stayed. Had to call 911 on first day for a guest who appeared high on drugs and was screaming for help. Old and run down. Never again! WiFi was absolute trash!

It was dirty. The bedding was wrinkled. They tried charging us twice. Most of the time no one was around to help.

Every employee had headphones in and seemed annoyed when I tried to talk to them/ask questions. There were no pillow cases and non brought up when I called and asked for some. There was no continental breakfast that when booking stated there was.

No coffee in room. Coffee in lobby was cold both pm and am. Breakfast was a grab and go. No juice. Cold coffee, bars and stale muffins.

The room was not vacuumed there was no towel or soap. It had a bad stench to it.

Waited at the front for help for 45 mins. No one answered the phone either.
