The staff was unfriendly and the room wasn't cleaned properly.

Every employee had headphones in and seemed annoyed when I tried to talk to them/ask questions. There were no pillow cases and non brought up when I called and asked for some. There was no continental breakfast that when booking stated there was.

No coffee in room. Coffee in lobby was cold both pm and am. Breakfast was a grab and go. No juice. Cold coffee, bars and stale muffins.

The room was not vacuumed there was no towel or soap. It had a bad stench to it.

Waited at the front for help for 45 mins. No one answered the phone either.
