Went to first room. No bed made. Dirty linens laying on chair and vacuum in room. Notified front desk. Sent to another room with no bed made, dirty linen on chair and no clean blankets. Called front desk and manager stated I’d get a refund. No refund given yet.

Housekeeping is incredibly loud starting early in the morning. Just a horrible stay.

STAY AWAY!! FROM THE FRONT DESK TO HOUSEKEEPING, STAFF DID NOT TAKE THE SERIOUSNESS OF THE PANDEMIC THIS NATION IS DEALING WITH. This was my second time staying at this particular Extended Stay in Factoria. Bellevue Washington. Believe it or not both stays there were equally disappointing. I figured in December maybe there was a problem with the cleaning lady or they were short-staffed a sunroom with 30 no towels etc etc EDT I called the head office and made a formal complaint. Dirtiest place we’ve ever stayed. Had to call 911 on first day for a guest who appeared high on drugs and was screaming for help. Old and run down. Never again! WiFi was absolute trash!

It was dirty. The bedding was wrinkled. They tried charging us twice. Most of the time no one was around to help.
