Although the customer service was great, the room on the other hand was two thumbs down. It smelled like smoke even if the room stated non-smoking. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, I was itchy and felt like something was biting me all night. The bathroom was ok but there was a stain on one of the bath towels that was there (gross).

The lady at the front desk was not friendly at all then when we went in our room and there was no bedding and the room was not cleaned.there was a garbage can on top of the table.then went back and got a new room.the full kitchen was not a full kitchen,there were no dishes or utinsils and the tv was infront of the couch and not infront of the tv.we will never stay at this place ever again

Got charged $82 for a $55 room and was told by the front desk lady that “you got greased”. No refund, waited outside for 20 min to check in because the front door was locked. Room smelt musty and mildewy. Not a great location. Sketchy people staying there for sure.

The heater did not work in room and when i reported it to the office i was ignored.

Worst place ever stay away This was the worse service i have ever heard of somehow the manager at this place thinks its ok for her to just decide to kick me out at 4am while its pouring rain because she suddenly decide that i didnt pay for my room even though i obviously did i even had to get 2 new toom keys from her that day without any issue because i left m ggv key in the room and jbstead of lett in ng me talk to her she tells me i have 5 mins to leave and that cops are already on the way and then she runs and hides in he... read more
