Staff was helpful and polite. Floors and elevators were filthy. Carpets should have been changed years ago - disgusting. Hallways had a weird smell. Could smell smoke in the rooms even though it was a non-smoking hotel. Very little natural light in the rooms. Would not recommend unless (like us) you had no other option,

Hotel was overbooked according to multiple front desk employees. First room we were put into was in awful shape: no linens, dehumidifier in the room and still running, pile of towels with brown mystery stains… front desk moved us to another room which was appropriate, but that room wasn’t completely good either: no pillows or towels. It was at least clean

we were given aroom that had not been cleaned. the people we are travelling had to go to 3 rooms before they were given a room that had been cleaned. the property need a major overhaul..
