Dirty Hotel was dirty. Tub/sink don't drain, electrical outlets didn't have covers, handprints in elevators were never wiped clean, dishes from another room sat in hallway the whole time we were there. No icemaker and you have to ask for everything....from dishes to hairdryer. Continental Breakfast was non-existent. There was basically coffee.

Just don't Seriously just don't. The shower was just a trickle of water. There wasn't even towels in the room, we had to ask for them. They gave us 2 and said they were almost out. The staff wasn't rude but they weren't friendly or very helpful. Cigarette buds in the elevator, shady people hanging out in the parking lot blasting music until 2 am on a Sunday night. The bed was comfortable, (the mattress itself- blankets were thin and scratchy) but they only have us 3 flat pillows on a queen bed. It provided the basic necessit... read more

Poorly run hotel Room was not cleaned, obvious prostitution going on, people eating and drinking in lobby, short on bath linen, no ice machine, no supplies for an extended stay such as glasses, cups, etc. Lobby unclean.

Mark at the front desk is a raciest Mark at the front desk refused to give a black guest clean towels. He eventually gave him a dish cloth to use as a bath cloth and told him that he was lucky that he was getting that. When I was up to check I my husband had walked in who is also a black man. We were told that we didn't have a reservation. I tried showing him my confirmation on my expedia app, my email, I even tried showing him where the money was already deducted out of my bank account.He still refused to allow us to check ... read more

Check room thoroughly Dirty sock and trash behind dresser, candy on floor upon check-in, broken rack in closet, beat up lamp shades, and hair found in the sheets. No thanks, I'll stay elsewhere next time.

Horrible hotel even worse management From the time we checked in we were told a rate and what we were charged was $50 more. Then they put us in a smoking room after requesting a non smoking room. I expressed my concern for being in a smoking room and being pregnant and regardless of the fact that we booked a non smoking room they would not move us. one night get aways stay at hotels in the area for a weekend get away. this one had poorly trained very slow staff. booked with Expedia. king size bed with studio. they gave my room away because it took me an hour to arrive after booking. gave me a queen and charged the full price of the king. continental breakfast was a granola bar and coffee. and police cruise through the lot every couple hours because we found out theives target the cars . that made for a no rest night. and the remodeling in our room was unfinished. smell... read more

Terrible pillows Flat unusable pillows, friendly staff but bedding is poor
