Overbooked Bought room thru expedia and as I'm landing I get a phone call from the hotel saying they are overbooked and can not honor my reservation, I go back on expedia and it shows this hotel still has plenty of rooms available, upon calling expedia to get refund they must verify that the hotel cancelled and not I, they told expedia that they still have rooms available, I was already checked into another hotel by then, i will never stay at this hotel chain again! Poor customer service!

Bring earplugs... Very thin walls!!! The guests next door were up partying and you know what past 5am. You could hear the whole conversation word for word. Other than that, nice hotel...what you would expect from an Extended Stay America.

Service was terrible. No towels or sheets when asked for, no dishes in a kitchenette

Nope. It’s disgusting. Smells bad. Looks like a hourly motel.

I will never stay here again! This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in the room stink like old Indian food the refrigerator was horrible they were dirty napkins all under the bed there were pillows thrown on the bed with no pillow cases the pillows themselves smelled horrible the room was just dirty we asked to change rooms one staff told us okay in the morning then when we got there in the morning the rude lady at the front desk who didn't even pay attention to us would not change us rooms I will never stay at this ho... read more

I want my money back When I was about to sleep, opened the blanket and found some dark sticky things on the bed sheet, so disgusting. Complained to the front desk, she just gave me another bed sheet and I had to do the bed myself. Any housekeeping staff could have spotted the filthy thing, I wondered whether they had changed the bed sheet or not.

No longer a good hotel Did have hair dryer at all !!! Had to asked for coffee pot. Over all will never stay their again
