Staff rude Rude staff,non smokeing room smelled like smoke food was left in microwave.

The was alright. However I paid with prepaid credit card and still had to pay deposit and they tried to mail it back to me. I will have second thoughts before I stay again

Extended Stay in Kent Washington The beds are just a bit more comfortable than a block of cement. When asked to get some fresh bath linens, was informed we'd have to leave the next morning . When asked why, was told it was because we had 2 parrots in our room! I made this reservation 3 weeks before the actual stay and I clearly stated we had 2 parrots that would be traveling with! Upon checking in, they had no problem with the parrots! In fact they were more interested in our birds than their paying customers

Won't be returning I've stayed here twice before in the last five years and have been satisfied; however, this latest stay (11/27-11/29) was quite poor and I won't be returning. The refrigerator and microwave were dirty, only the presets on the microwave worked (the number pad was completely unresponsive), the fluorescent lighting in the kitchen was missing a cover, and the bathroom smelled like someone had been smoking in it non-stop for a week (I had a non-smoking room). Terrible Sheets and blankets dirty at arrival and unchanged during stay Nobody does nothing after being notified

someone was in my room if they don't clean the rooms during your stay, why do they come inside? I left the room for the day. when I came back the room my card key would not work. then the tv I purposely left on was off. 1) Volume soft, so not bother anyone 2) that model does not have an auto shut off At this point ( wrong or right ) I feel my bags have been gone through while I was out. when I came back two days later the same thing happened So I wonder do they disable the keys so they will have time to get out while you ... read more

Highly unsatisfied with this hotel The hotel rooms were very dirty. Bathroom floors were sticky. No drinking water, vending machine for water and soda was out of order. Hotel staff did not help to fix any of these issues. My stay in this hotel was very inconvenient and I will hesitate to book extended stay of america ever again.
