There a really bad gas smell in this property and the rooms were very dirty.

Room was supposed to be non-smoking but had a stale, gross smell of cigarette smoke. When we complained, we were not offered a room change but were offered a bottle of Febreeze. We found food products from a previous guest left in our kitchenette cupboards. Breakfast here is 'grab-n-go' which means small granola bars and instant oatmeal packet. Halls all smelled like stinky ethnic food and cigarettes

Fire alarm at 4am Have stayed here numerous times and will never come back. Fire alarm went off at 4am. Everyone out into the parking lot. Asked about it the next morning when checking out. Inquired about a comp or refund. Manager wouldn’t even talk to me. Extremely rude and unapologetic.

Poor Needs to have a Manager on site on every weekend. This is Labor Day weekend I overheard the front desk clerk tel another guest that th he managers off at a conference! Ridiculois. Dirty coffee area for on the go coffe, tea and muffin or oatmeal which is insulting.

Even though we requested a non-smoking room and signed that we would not smoke there or have any pets in our room, the room smelled of stale smoke (and perhaps of previous pet odors). We had arrived very late in the evening, so we stayed only one night and contacted Expedia the next day to request a new hotel.

Unsatisfactory They don’t clean the room and pots and pans are on request not automatically in the room. Beds are hard.
