This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at!!! Worst experience I ever has. I had 2 rooms, 1 for me and my wife and 1 for my daughter and her family. We ended up on the 4th floor and my daughters family ended up on the 3rd floor. I had requested rooms on the same floor and close together and they could have cared less. Their apology wasn't even sincere. I doubt like I will be using your services in the future!!!

Young and crazies The hotel seems to be frequented by the young and crazies or AKA PARTY SHACK. I have kids and was hoping for a decent quite night. The older lady working the front desk was awesome helpful.

Ehhh The heater was making noises all night making it hard to sleep. Also said there was a continental breakfast and it was a grab n go that was over at 9:30

Great staff and overall room -bed sucked The hotel was very clean and staff was great. The room looked very updated, clean and comfy but then when I climbed into the bed it did not fit with everything else. The bed was very noise, old, worn out and uncomfortable, it actually reminded me of a sleeper sofa bed. It was really disappointing since no matter how nice everything this else ultimately at a hotel it's all about the bed.

Only rooms available. Dirty room with other people's hair in the bed. Would not recommend to friends or family. Complimentary breakfast was sub par.
Good location, not so great hotel The first room we checked into had a very noisy heating unit, so we asked to be moved to another room. The front desk staff was great and moved us with no issues. The second room was better, less noisy, but the bathroom hadn't been cleaned very well and was not in great condition.
worst hotel I've ever stayed at.. wished I had spent a few more dollars to stay at another hotel instead I fell for the false advertising and reasonable sale price. I have stayed at my shares of hotels and have never felt the need to leave a bad review until now.
Double charged me I paid for my room through Expedia. When I went to check in, they asked for my card, which isn't unusual for a hotel to do. I thought it was simply in case of room damage. A week later, looking at my credit card statement, I see they charged me themselves for my stay, on top of my Expedia payment. I am in the process of disputing my charge now. Will not stay again.
